Crediaalcance was built by a team of former underwriters, portfolio managers and data engineers who spent years watching institutional real-estate investors patch together analysis in spreadsheets. We started in 2019 with a simple thesis: private real-estate needs the same analytic rigor that public markets have taken for granted for a generation.
Today the platform is used by a select group of institutional allocators, family offices, sponsors and asset managers who share our preference for defensible, evidence-based outputs over black-box scoring.
How we work
We do not run mass-market outbound. Prospective clients typically reach out through referrals, industry events or through the form on this page. Every engagement begins with a scoped pilot — we would rather demonstrate value against your portfolio than pitch generalities.
Our sales cycles are measured in weeks, not quarters. If our platform does not fit your workflow, we will say so early.
